No more access to my sun cell fone

I can no longer get access to my cellfone number 0922888**** almost 2 weeks now when I have already settled my full payment first week of December 2022.

I can no longer receive messages texts and calls from outside, and vice-versa, from my end to the outside world! Why is this so?

What exactly is the problem? My phone is in perfect condition ever since, dual phone as it has been, it can still work with other network other than your Smart Sun!

PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

I NEED THIS IN MY EMERGENCY WORK!

Lost Mobile Phone with Sun Sim card number

I lost my mobile phone this morning. I can not log in on my online transactions as I cannot answer the 'mobile verification code being sent to my lost mobile phone.
