Been calling and consistent follow up at SUN shop for more than a month.I'm having intermitent connection problem and worst i have no internet connection for a month!

and what did the sun shop support do is to up date the ticket that was sent for kast month.. Really? Up date? Last months ticket?

Thats crazy. All i need ia to change my sun sim they but they keep on insisting to just send a report to their back en team. Very frustrating.

I used my friends GLOBE pocket WIFI and its so crystal clear and the line is not cutting off.I did an exoerement see photo below

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Friendly customer support.

I didn't like: Issue for a month.
