Dahil s busy ako, nawalan ako ng time magbayad ng bill at na-disconnect ang postpaid ko, nagpunta ako s sunshop para isettle ang account pero may 1,500 charges s account for reconnection + ,2000 pastdue, kya di ko sya binayaran, tumawag ako s customer service at humingi ng details at ang sabi nila 500 lang need ko bayaran, kya bumalik ako s sunshop for reconnection pero ganun pa rin ang sinisingil nila, nainis n ko kaya di ko sya sinettle, hangang s naforward s collection ang account ko, nag usap kami n need ko byaran ang due & collection fee 2700 + 500 reconnection, pag punta ko s sunshop ulit biglang 4200 n ang sinisingil s akin,napaka bulok ng systema nila, magulo ang data nila at pinapaabot nila lumaki ang bills.
